All Psychic services advertised on this site are strictly for entertainment only. You must be over 18 to use any of the Psychic services advertised. See the ‘Disclaimer’ listed below on this webpage for further information.
Phone Services (UK)
Calls to 0903 663 1021 cost £1.00 per minute plus your phone company’s access charge. Please listen to the prompts on the call to determine the package that you wish to dial. If you are using the credit card service, at the end of your call you will be given the option to extend the consultation. We cannot answer questions on health, pregnancy, legal or financial matters. You may receive free promotional messages. To opt out, text SSSTOP to 447860033717 or email info@allstarpsychics.co.uk The service must not be used by anyone under the age of 18 years. You must be the bill-payer or have the permission of the bill-payer in order to use the service. Service details may appear on the bill. Service is for entertainment purposes only. SMS Services (UK)
Readings cost £1 per message, £3 in total. Readings sent as 3 messages. Messages sent by you are charged at standard network rate. You must be over the age of 18 and have the bill payer’s permission. Service details will appear on your phone bill. We will ask you to confirm your name and date of birth when you first interact with our service. By sending a message to our service, you are automatically opted in to receive promotional messages. You can opt out of these at any point by sending SSSTOP to 85358. We cannot answer questions on Health, Pregnancy, Finance or Legal matters. If you do not receive a message response within 24hrs, please contact info@allstarpsychics.co.uk with details of your question and the mobile number used to send the message.
Chat Readings
You must be over 18 years old to use this service. We want you to have a positive experience so if you are unhappy with your live chat, please end the session and try another reader.
All chat sessions are recorded for your protection. Payments are made via PayPal or you have the option to pay by card.
Chargebacks
In the event that Allstar Psychics receive a chargeback from a customer, who has legitimately used the service as per the terms and conditions, then Allstar Psychics will pursue the customer to retrieve the monies owed for the reading. All additional charges that Allstar Psychics may incur, from either the merchant company or a recovery company, will be liable for payment by the customer. We also reserve the right to bar customers from the use of our services, should a chargeback be made against us.

Refunds
All of our readers go through a test procedure to make sure that they are genuine psychics. If the reader does not meet our excellent standards then they do not work with us. In the event that you are unhappy with your reading, please make sure that you call the customer services number (0800 540 4051) or email us at info@allstarpsychics.co.uk so we can help you. You must contact us within 90 days of terminating your reading and your call must not have lasted more than 5 minutes. All requests must be made through the customer service number and are subject to verification. Refunds to customers will be at our discretion.

All of the psychic, clairvoyant, mediumistic or astrological readings that are given are done and completed in good faith, but in some instances, the information may represent opinion or judgment. www.scottstonebridge.com cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information given during the time of the reading.

We have no control over nor do we guarantee any actions that you may decide to take as a result of using any of the sites and services and by using them you agree that You will not hold Us responsible for any damage arising as a result of actions taken by Customers in response to Services such as
1. a) Readings and interpretations and advices provided by Readers;
2. b) The truth or accuracy of Content, information and Services such as readings and interpretations and advice provided by Readers;
3. c) The truth or accuracy of feedback, Ratings, or other Content posted by Users or Allstar Psychics’ employees across all of the Websites;
4. d) The ability of Readers to provide Services such as readings and interpretations and advice as well as the ability of Customers to pay for the Service;
5. e) Minimum levels of Connections to Readers;
6. f) Incorrect use by You of the Service;
7. g) Any additional rates and costs charged by Your service provider when using the Services.
