Hey how are you?

Something came through very strongly this morning, before I had even fully settled into the day. It was that strange feeling where Spirit places a message so clearly in your energy that you know it is not meant to be ignored. This felt like one of those moments, quiet on the outside, but loud in the soul.

There is someone connected to your past who still sits in your energy more than you would probably admit out loud. Not because you are chasing them. Not because you have not tried to move forward. But because something about the way it ended left a mark that never got properly spoken about.

I’m being shown a moment where you waited for them to say something that would have made everything make sense. A message. An apology. A real explanation. Even just one honest sentence that proved you had not imagined the depth of what was there. But Spirit is saying the reason it never came is because this person did not have the emotional strength to give you the truth in the way you deserved.

That is not the same as saying they did not feel it. They did. But feeling something and being able to face it are two very different things. This person had a habit of stepping back when things became too real, too emotional, or too uncomfortable. So instead of giving you clarity, they left you with silence, and that silence made you question yourself far more than you should have.

What comes through strongly is that you have carried the ending like it was somehow proof that you were not enough. Spirit is correcting that today. You were not too much. You were not hard to love. You were dealing with someone who could feel deeply in moments but could not stay steady when emotional honesty was needed.

There is also a sense of them watching from a distance. Not in a dramatic way, but quietly. I feel them checking something connected to you, your name, a photo, or something online where they can see a glimpse of how you are. They may not be speaking, but they are still aware of you. And there is a strange feeling of them wondering whether you have finally stopped waiting for them.

Spirit tells me there has been confusion, hidden emotion, and things left unsaid, but also you moving away from the part of this connection that kept you emotionally unsettled. This is important because it does not feel like you are closing your heart. It feels like your heart is being washed clean.

I can see what lies ahead is something in you starts to soften. You may find that a memory comes up and it no longer hurts in the same sharp way. You may notice that you stop checking, stop wondering, or stop hoping for the one message that never arrived. This is not you becoming cold. This is you becoming free.

Spirit is also showing me a loved one stepping forward very gently. Their energy feels warm but emotional, as though they know you still have moments where you speak to them in your mind. I feel this person had a strong connection with the home, and I’m being shown a kitchen table, a favourite chair, and the sound of a kettle or cup being placed down. It feels like ordinary little memories are how they still reach you.

They are drawing attention to a chain or necklace that has meaning. It feels like something that was either worn often, kept in a drawer, or placed somewhere safe after they passed. This item carries a lot of love around it. They want it protected because it is more than an object. It holds memory, presence, and a piece of their energy.

I’m also being shown a white feather near a doorway or window area. This feels like a sign they have already tried to bring forward. There is also the month of March being highlighted, either around their birthday, passing, anniversary, or an important family memory. Spirit is making it clear that this is not random.

Their message is that you must stop replaying what you could have said differently. They heard what was in your heart, even the words that never made it out loud. They are not holding anything against you. They are asking you to let yourself live again without feeling guilty for smiling, loving, laughing, or wanting more from life.

Spirit keeps taking me back to the moment their energy changed. It feels like there was something happening behind the scenes that you were never fully told about. They made it look like distance, but underneath that distance was a choice, a fear, or a truth they did not want to face.

This is why the message does not feel finished. There is still something sitting beneath the surface of this connection, and it feels linked to what they never said at the time. The silence was not empty. It was covering something.

Now there is something that is about to be revealed emotionally. Not all at once, and not in the way you may expect, but I feel a truth rising to the surface. Someone’s feelings, someone’s regret, or someone’s real reason for pulling away has not fully come into the light yet.
