Hey how are you today?

Something happened while I was connecting with Spirit today that made me stop what I was doing.

Your energy came through incredibly strongly, but it was not just you I was feeling.

I could feel Loved Ones gathering very closely around you, almost as though they had been waiting for the right moment to step forward, and one of them was especially determined that you finally noticed what has already been happening around you.

The first thing they are showing me is around the lights.

I am being shown a lamp, hallway light, television, or something electrical suddenly flickering, switching itself on, or behaving strangely when there seems to be absolutely no reason for it.

Spirit says this has happened more than once.

It may only last for a second, but there is a Loved One stepping forward very clearly and saying, “That is me.”

They want you to stop brushing these moments aside as coincidence.

I am also being shown a particular time appearing around you.

You look at the clock without planning to, and the same numbers seem to catch your eye again and again.

This may connect with a date, birthday, anniversary, or something deeply meaningful to you.

Spirit says they are using timing deliberately because they know it makes you stop and notice.

There is a Loved One here who is drawing my attention very strongly to their hands.

I feel this person was always doing something with them.

Fixing something, writing, making something, gardening, preparing things, pointing when they spoke, or simply keeping busy.

I am being shown this so clearly, almost as though you would recognise exactly who this is straight away.

Spirit is also taking me towards a doorway, passage, or a corner of the home.

I feel there have been moments when you thought you saw movement from the corner of your eye.

It is quick.

You turn your head, fully expecting someone to be there, and there is nobody.

This may look like a shape passing, someone standing for a split second, or something moving across an open doorway.

Spirit says do not dismiss every one of these moments.

They are showing me that they have been coming much closer than you realise.

I am also being shown music around you.

A song comes on unexpectedly, a line suddenly catches your attention, or music connected with another time in your life appears when you were not looking for it.

There is one particular song that carries a powerful memory with it.

When it appears, it takes you straight back to a person, a journey, a celebration, a car ride, or a period of your life.

Spirit is saying very clearly, “Listen to the words.”

There is something within them that is going to hit you differently the next time you hear it.

It will not feel random.

I am then being shown sleep around you.

Spirit shows me waking suddenly at an unusual hour and having that unmistakable feeling that you were not completely alone Or wondering why you woke up suddenly.

There may also have been a dream that felt completely different from an ordinary dream.

It was clearer.

The person looked well.

Their face, voice, or presence felt so real that the feeling stayed with you long after you woke.

Spirit says this matters.

One Loved One wants you to understand that when they appear looking healthier, younger, calmer, or more like themselves, they are not showing you how they were.

They are showing you how they are now.

I am also being shown an old photograph, memory, or message suddenly appearing when you were not searching for it.

This may come up on your phone, through a social media memory, in your camera roll, or while looking for something completely unrelated.

It stops you because of the timing.

You may even think, “Why has this appeared today?”

Spirit says that is exactly the point.

Sometimes they bring the memory back before they bring the message.

Pay very close attention to what you were thinking about just before it appears, because there is a reason that particular person, moment, or memory has suddenly found its way back in front of you.

I am also being shown something powerful beginning to change around you emotionally.

There has been a part of you trying to stay strong, keep going, and carry on even when something underneath has never fully settled.

Spirit shows me you reaching a point where you are no longer willing to keep carrying something simply because you have carried it for a long time.

They are showing me a decision building strongly around you.

This feels connected with saying no, stepping away, changing a routine, closing a door on something, or finally choosing what feels right for you instead of constantly doing what keeps everybody else comfortable.

One Loved One is very firm about this.

I hear, “You have done enough.”

There is real strength behind those words.

Spirit does not want you feeling that moving forward means leaving anybody behind.

They are showing me the people you love in Spirit walking beside you into what comes next.

You are much closer to a change than you think.

Something that has felt delayed, blocked, or frustratingly slow begins to move, and when it does, it happens far more quickly than you expected.

Spirit is showing me this next shift is not arriving to unsettle you.

Something is beginning to open.

Something is beginning to move.
